Geobase is a unique multidisciplinary database supplying bibliographic information and abstracts for development studies, the Earth sciences, ecology, geomechanics, human geography, and oceanography.

Ecodisc is a specialist subset of Geobase for the ecological sciences from 1990 to the present. It contains over 80,000 records, is updated quarterly and has an annual growth of over 12,000 records.

Approximately eight hundred serial publications are covered on a regular basis with additional material provided by books, conference proceedings and reports.
